NC Live - this resource contains access to numerous databases and full-text articles; must importantly you can search the PsychINFO database. You must be using a ECSU on-campus computer in order to access this site, unless you obtain a password from the ECSU library. 

National Academies - this resource contains "more than 1,000 fully searchable FULL-TEXT reports" published by the National Academies of Sciences, National Academy of Engineering, Institute of Medicine, and the National Research Council.

PsycPort - the American Psychological Association site provides news updates from the "world of psychology". Provides short articles and, sometimes, access to full-text articles.

U.S Census Website - the U.S. Census website provides full-access at no charge to, essentially, their entire database for your research pleasure..... they also provide access to numerous reports based upon census data.

National Public Radio Archives - NPR provides outstanding coverage of current events as well as intelligent discussions of current research in psychology. Plus, all of their programs from the past several years are available on-line for free.

Pew Research Center - conducts public opinion polls examining the relationships between the people and the press. Reports of poll results, as well as the complete data from certain polls, are available at this site.
